San Joaquin County Bar Association

About MCLE (Minimum Continuing Legal Education)

The San Joaquin County Bar Association, often through its MCLE Committee, its Across the Bar Committee and Sections, offers live MCLE programs throughout the year, self-study programs published in the Across the Bar and criminal law self-study tapes to be rented from the Bar Association.

Organizing an MCLE Program

If you're planning on organizing an MCLE program, we need you to prepare and submit a Proposal Package consisting of a Proposal, Budget, Task Delegation and a proposed Flyer to us no less than 60 days prior to the event. The long lead time allows the flyer to be published in the Across the Bar and to be e-mailed to the membership.
