The SJ Superior Court will be closed to the General Public from Tuesday, March 17 through Sunday, April 5. Attorneys with scheduled court appearances that have not been continued by the Court should show up.Their clients’ are not required to appear. Go to: SJCourts.org for a list of which categories of operations will proceed as scheduled and which will be continued or modified.

Things are changing frequently and quickly. The Court is doing its best to protect public health and fulfill its Constitutional obligations. The Court is working to anticipate challenges and address them with minimal disruption.  All of us, as officers of the Court, can do our part by working together to fulfill our roles and keep our community safe. Remain calm. Stay informed.
