The SJCBA presents a Masters Series MCLE: District Attorney’s Office Child Abduction Team on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, at noon via Zoom, or In-Person at Drivon School of Law. This program qualifies for one (1.0) hour of General Requirement Credit. All attendees must be registered one day in advance. If you are attending via Zoom, meeting information will be provided to you the morning of the event.

Program Description: A Veteran Criminal Investigator shares insight on successfully locating and returning abducted children. From the start of the process, necessary documentation, Child Abduction questionnaire, out of state issues, out of country issues, travel issues, possible reunification issues to the cases conclusion.

Chris Friedmann started his Law Enforcement career in 1995 and is a currently a Criminal Investigator with the San Joaquin County District Attorney’s Office. He has worked a variety of assignments at the Stockton Police Department and the Brentwood Police Department. These assignments include, Gangs, a Federal Task Force, SWAT, School Resource Officer and currently the Child Abduction Team at the DA’s office.
